On Saturday 25th May 2019, we will again take over Hampton Open Air Pool (TW12 2ST) to celebrate what has been another great season for the juniors section. Please read the pool party flyer for more information and tickets can be booked via LoveAdmin (click on button and login).
The evening will start at 6.00pm and finish at 9.30pm. Large inflatables, awards and a BBQ will all be making an appearance throughout the evening.
Format for the evening is:
- 6.00pm to 7.15pm – U8s, U9s and U10s boys and girls in the pool. Children under the age of 10 will need to be supervised in the pool by their parent/guardian (max. 2 children per adult), so please do not forget your swimming costumes. By the way, the pool is heated!
- 7.15pm to 8.00pm – Awards for all age groups
- 8.00pm to 9.15pm – U12s and over in the pool
- 9.30pm – finish
Tickets are £8.50 per adult and £5 per child.
We will be running a BBQ (burgers, hotdogs and vegetarian burgers) and a tuck shop. BBQ food can be bought on the day. You can however, bring in your own food and drinks if you would prefer, but PLEASE NOTE GLASS IS NOT PERMITTED anywhere within the pool complex for safety reasons.
Maximum of 2 children per adult! All children must be supervised by an adult at all times. OKHC members and siblings only.
Booking deadline is 5 May 2019.
This year the number of participants is restricted to up to 300 people. Please book early to avoid disappointment.
Without the help of volunteers this event will not be possible and we will need helpers for the BBQ and in the pool. If you are able to help, please contact Deborah.
