As of 19 July 2021 the government have lifted legal restrictions related to COVID-19 such that the current guidance from England Hockey only requires the following from clubs:
England Hockey still require all clubs and organisations to have a registered Covid Officer

If you develop COVID-19 symptoms or get a positive test result, then you must contact the club Covid Officer (covidofficer@okhockey.com) before participating in hockey related activities.
